The surroundings are stunning, and the hotel itself exudes charm. The meal service during our dinner left much to be desired, with long waits and lukewarm drinks. The room we had was excellent, spacious, and comfortable, though more attention to dining could enhance the experience.

Absolutely Charming and Comfortable Stay
Staying at this hotel was a good experience! The surroundings were fine and seemed like stepping into a Gabriel García Márquez story-a true tranquil escape. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a fantastic jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Especially Camila and Carolina, were attentive.

The Superior Quadruple Room offered a cozy space with ample room for a family. The surrounding nature provided a serene backdrop.
The restaurant needs a serious menu overhaul, offering limited options that aren't accommodating for special diets like vegan or keto. Breakfast choices were sparse, and charging extra for side changes felt off. The parking situation outside was disappointing, as you expect more when paying for a stay. On top of that, the building where we were placed during low season felt deserted, with furniture not properly arranged for use, which might be unsettling for some guests.

Comfortable room and friendly reception staff.
Our bed was super hard. The bathroom felt a little bit dirty, disappointing. There was no breakfast buffet during low season, so our options were severely limited.

Especially enjoyed the charm of the nearby towns. The owner, Andrés, was helpful and offered great local insights. I did notice that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, inconvenient.

I had a magical stay at a beautiful, peaceful town near Cauca River. The architecture of the hotel was charming and elegant, and my room, La Pintada, was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. I loved waking up to the sounds of roosters and spotting a variety of birds. The food at the hotel's restaurants was delicious, and the town itself was colorful and well-maintained. That the location was quite remote. It took us longer than expected to arrive, and we had to drive quite far to find any other activities or places to visit.
