Staying at this hotel was a good experience! The surroundings were fine and seemed like stepping into a Gabriel García Márquez story-a true tranquil escape. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a fantastic jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Especially Camila and Carolina, were attentive.

The Superior Quadruple Room offered a cozy space with ample room for a family. The surrounding nature provided a serene backdrop.

The restaurant needs a serious menu overhaul, offering limited options that aren't accommodating for special diets like vegan or keto. Breakfast choices were sparse, and charging extra for side changes felt off. The parking situation outside was disappointing, as you expect more when paying for a stay. On top of that, the building where we were placed during low season felt deserted, with furniture not properly arranged for use, which might be unsettling for some guests.

The room was really comfy with a big nice mattress, and the bathroom was huge! It even had a jacuzzi. I loved the grooming products, and it felt clean and well-cared for. Could hear roosters at sunrise which was cool. The overall vibe of the hotel felt so homey and peaceful.
